NEW!! 5 points BJDogs & Philadelphia Show Preview

I am very excited to announce that I will be bringing my first FIVE-POINTS-BALL-JOINTED Dogs to Philadelphia Miniatura Show this coming weekend. This is the surprise that I mentioned  last week.
Now that I have adapted my technique from my dolls  to the animals, I am looking forward to make other animals besides dogs that are fully pose able.
I made a German shepherd dog  and a golden retriever that have 5 points making the these dogs VERY pose-able. I also made a sitting GS dog that has 3 ball-points only . He/she  can move one leg, head and the front paw.
I think these minis with this abilities makes even more enjoyable to pose them in its miniature homes... won't you agree with me?grin

There will be some new looking animals at my table... this pair of wolves are so pretty and detailed. I only made these two so if you like them, hurry and come see me!;)
Of course there will be dogs and cats and sheep and so much more.....
... but the sleigh made by kris Compas is worth to been seen.... it is paired with my set of reindeer. Again... only  one was made.

Although I am looking forward to the show, my heart is broken for the victims of Hurricane Sandy. i thought the  show may be cancelled  but it will not as the area was not badly affect as  web site stated.

I hope you can make it and please  come say "hello" to me?

Leather Horses Preview

 Hello!!!*grin*

These are 2 of my horses that will be available  on the upcoming Philadelphia Miniaturia Show in November 2012.
These horses were hand sculpted over a strong twisted copper wire and aluminum armature , using polymer clay and apoxie sculpt  in their legs to assure strength and stability.
The unicorn Pegasus has a gorgeous white leather coat  and the red brownish horse is two tone.
They were made differently and the end results shows. The dark horse had a different finish , having  the shine and leather effect. the white horse has a soft suede look.
They both are massive horses although still in a 1:12 scale so they are quit small.

I have a saddle professionally made for the dark horse and it will be available for purchase at my table as well.

When I get close to the show , I will show more pictures and hopefully more horses. I am dying to try a black one next.
Thank you so much for your comments and visits, you are so very kind to me!*grin*
Have a blessed day!*smiles*
